Hon. Musa Bility Donates Pickup Truck to Clar Hope Foundation at City of Hope Graduation

Nimba County District #7 Representative Musa Hassan Bility has made a significant donation of a brand new pickup truck to the Clar Hope Foundation. This gesture was highlighted during the first kindergarten graduation ceremony held at the City of Hope Academy, an initiative spearheaded by former First Lady Clar Weah on June 27, 2025.

The event was attended by former President Weah along with other dignitaries, emphasizing the importance of the occasion. During his address, Mr. Bility encouraged the former First Lady to continue her philanthropic efforts for future generations despite facing criticism. He pointed out that in a country where people’s contributions are often overlooked, succumbing to negative feedback could hinder valuable humanitarian work.

Mr. Bility drew from his own experiences, stating, “I never benefited from anyone; I worked hard for myself. The people governing our country today took six years to destroy my reputation. I finally have the chance to work in government, where they are in charge, and everything they have framed me for, I have been waiting for them to prove it. It’s a reality we all face. If you need to be strong, look into the faces of those young kids and future leaders.”

In a show of commitment to the foundation, Mr. Bility declared, “From today, you have a partner in me for this program.” He confirmed that the Bility Development Foundation will be donating a brand-new pickup truck, which will be available for collection at Africa Motor on Monday morning, June 30, 2025, with all taxes paid.
