Ganta Set to Host Landmark Grain Coast Annual Session with Major Evangelistic Outreach

Ganta City Nimba County February 12, 2025-With just two weeks remaining, preparations are intensifying for the first Annual Session of the Grain Coast Annual Conference, scheduled to take place in Ganta, Nimba County. Church leaders and members are being called upon to prepare spiritually and logistically for what organizers describe as a defining gathering focused on renewal, strategy, and outreach.

The conference will convene under the theme “Building Healthy Congregations through Healthy Christian Leadership,” grounded in Matthew 16:13–20 and Acts 2:42–47. Beyond fellowship and celebration, the session will mark the official launch of the Conference’s five-year Strategic Plan (2026–2030) and introduce a new Small Group Discipleship Guide designed for use across youth, young adult, women’s, and men’s ministries, as well as in homes and workplaces.

Organizers are urging members to commit to prayer for smooth preparations, safe travel for delegates and approximately 20 expected international guests, effective presentations from speakers and preachers, and adequate financial support to meet conference costs.

A major highlight of the gathering will be a large-scale evangelistic campaign across Ganta City on Saturday, February 28, from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Delegates will be deployed in small groups to engage communities through prayer, personal evangelism, and acts of service. Donations—including Bibles, clothing, hygiene supplies, and educational materials—are being collected to support the outreach.

In addition, wheelchairs will be distributed to members of the disabled community at the Ganta Mission Station soccer field at 12 noon the same day, reinforcing the conference’s commitment to practical compassion alongside spiritual ministry.

Church leaders describe the upcoming session as more than a routine assembly—it is positioned as a strategic moment for spiritual growth, institutional direction, and community impact.
